Money OS is operated by Connect The Dots Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11388274) (“we”, “us”, “Money OS”). By using our website and app at moneyos.com.tr (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms.
2. What Money OS is — and is not
Money OS is a personal-finance education platform and a set of self-service software tools. We help you learn about budgeting, saving and investing and organise your own financial information. We do not provide personalised investment advice, we do not make recommendations to buy or sell any specific product, we do not execute transactions, we do not provide brokerage services, and we are not a regulated financial adviser. All content is for educational and informational purposes, and all decisions and their outcomes are your own responsibility. Nothing in the Service is a guarantee of any financial result. Any portfolios, target allocations, sample scenarios and calculations shown in Money OS are for educational purposes only and must not be treated as investment recommendations.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Plans, subscriptions and payments
We offer a free plan, a one-time course purchase, and monthly or annual subscriptions. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing, invoicing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in your local currency where available.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, share paid content without authorisation, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its content and course materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning; you may not redistribute or resell them.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment, trading or financial decisions you make, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only; its accuracy is not guaranteed and it does not constitute financial advice.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
