Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Money OS (operated by Connect The Dots Ltd). Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply.
1. Subscriptions (Core, Pro)
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
2. One-time course purchase
Because the course is digital content that is made available immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once you have started accessing it. If you experience a technical problem or believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will help.
3. How to request a refund
Contact hello@moneyos.uk with your order details, or use the receipt provided by Lemon Squeezy. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy processes approved refunds.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (including EU and Turkish law).
