This policy explains how Money OS handles your personal data. Money OS is an educational platform and self-service software — it is not investment advice and does not manage or hold your funds.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Connect The Dots Ltd (company number 11388274), England and Wales. Contact: hello@moneyos.uk.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, email, password); the financial information you choose to enter or import (goals, income/expenses, balances, holdings) so the tools can show you your own picture; and usage data (device, pages, actions) to run and improve the Service. We do not access your bank accounts to move money and we do not hold your funds.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

To provide the Service and your account (contract); to improve and secure it (legitimate interests); to send transactional and, with consent, marketing email (consent); and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Processors we use

We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf: hosting (Fly.io), database (Neon), email delivery and marketing (Google Workspace, Kit), payments and invoicing (Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record), and analytics. Each processes data only to provide their service.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK you may access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact hello@moneyos.uk.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and security purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

7. International transfers

Some providers are located outside your country; where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the Service and privacy-friendly analytics. You can control non-essential cookies via your browser or our cookie settings.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
